Hello all Hopefully this means this is a turn around for me, I am not happy about being up two weeks in a row, so last night I was down two and half pounds. I am trying to get the ten off for the end of this year. What a stuggle that is!! But my motto is to never give up, just keep trying and one day it will happen. Lorraine from Golden, BC
