As all readers of reFOCUS know I am the world's biggest clutter bug, paper
clutterer, pile maker, junk keeper, procrastinator that ever was (well maybe
in the top 10). I have long maintained (and discussed in reFOCUS) that my
clutter goes hand-in-hand with my weight issue. I often use food and
overeating as my excuse to NOT have to worry about my clutter and that I
Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome (otherwise known as C.H.A.O.S), my
responsibilities, my relationships, my feelings, my worries - as a frog I
just ate what bugged me. But it is a matter of the frog turning into a
princess and I have taken a new tack and motto and it is simply "DEAL WITH
IT." Don't put it off, DEAL WITH IT now.

EXAMPLES

I will look at a piece of paper and say I'll read it later. Not
anymore.DEAL WITH IT! (in the trash or filed away)

I need to exercise, I'll do it later. Not anymore.DEAL WITH IT! (I'll be
back in 15 minutes.need to go do some exercises)

Okay I am back.

I need to clean bathrooms.DEAL WITH IT! (I set the timer for 15 minutes and
I can swipe and wipe and be done.thanks Flylady)

I need to get ready for work.DEAL WITH IT! (this reFOCUS is going to end
shortly)

As Howie Mandel says, DEAL OR NO DEAL?.SO LET'S MAKE A DEAL.Start

Eat properly (keep that food diary and journal your feelings)

Exercise

Attend TOPS (there is a million excuses out there and I have heard them
all.how many sick grandmothers or puppies do you have any way?)

Take care of yourself

Keep Positive

Drink your Water

if you do these, goal will take care of itself.DEAL?

Best diet weapon - according to Womans World Magazine: Activating your
competitive spirit by going head-to-head with other dieters helps you power
your way to weight loss success report researchers in the journal Obesity.
Just as in any team sport gauging your progress alongside others helps you
stay focused motivated and more willing to tackle hurdles when the going
gets tough. One group for competition can be wound at
www.weightlosswars.com for folks aiming to lose a certain amount.

Wegmans (great company I work for) sent a postcard to employees concerning
flu prevention - get enough sleep, be physically active, manage stress,
drink fluids, eat nutritious food.strikes me that doing those very things
are what prevents being OVERWEIGHT!! I knew it - I am not overweight - I
have the FLU!

Need a recipe - www.eatbetteramerica.com <http://www.eatbetteramerica.com/>
has healthy recipes including casseroles under 300 calories a serving

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

It's very difficult to go back and make a brand-new start, but you can
always start from now and make a brand-new ending. Unknown

I am making a brand-new ending - Change is good: those who know me.get ready
for a shocker.I no longer have dirty blond gray shoulder length hair - I am
a short-haired red head! Lucy you got some 'splaining to do. Oops there
goes another marble..

You are not alone,
