Once clicking on the above link, you may want to bookmark the page or send a shortcut to your desktop (FILE, SEND > Shortcut to desktop) for future use.
You will need to enter the e-mail address you are subscribed to cyberTOPS with and your password. If you don't remember your password, you can click the "REMIND" button and your password will be e-mailed to you at the address you entered promptly. Once you have logged in, you can then change your password to something else if you prefer, and near the bottom of the page is where you change your options (see below for description).
Here are the options you may want to change. Please do not change any others as it may prevent you from correctly receiving cyberTOPS mail:
Your CyberTOPS Subscription Options
Current values are checked.
Mail delivery
Enabled - you will receive cyberTOPS mail
Disabled - you will not receive cyberTOPS mail but can still post to the list
Set globally - Not applicable for cyberTOPS
Set Digest Mode
On - you will receive cyberTOPS mail in digest form (more than one message put together in a single e-mail message. Less mail but hard to read and reply to.)
Off - you will receive cyberTOPS mail as individual e-mail messages.
If you click the UNSUBSCRIBE button, you will be removed from cyberTOPS immediately and will not be able to post to the list so be sure to do this only if you are leaving for good. Otherwise, set yourself to NOMAIL (Mail Delivery - Disabled).
Just a reminder of CyberTOPS policy:
- no religious, political or explicit posts
- no hoaxes or warnings (virus warnings, deodorant causes cancer, etc.)
- no attacking of other people on the list: You have a right to express a difference of opinion, but keep it on the issue, not the person you disagree or agree with
- jokes can be posted occasionally, but nothing explicit, racist, etc. and preferably weight-loss or diet related.
