Welcome to CyberTOPS! We are a group supporting those who are members of Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) or anyone wishing to find out more about a sensible way to lose weight. This site is dedicated to giving support to our members whenever they need it and however they need it, 24/7. You do not need to be a member of TOPS to belong to cyberTOPS! You just need to have a desire to lose weight or maintain your weight and share in the support of the group.

Tim Dockery, a cyberTOPS member, was the TOPS International King for 2005 with 172 pounds lost to goal!

Since 1997, current cyberTOPS members have lost over 2300 pounds!

We have 151 TOPS and 37 KOPS reporting for roll call each week!
